Brian brings a lifetime of knowledge in chemistry, extractive hydrometallurgy, precious metals refining, and relevant business experience.

Christopher R. Steinbach

Previously with Freeport McMoRan and Royal Silver Company, Chris brings decades of hands-on experience in Mining Engineering, Hydrometallurgical Plant Design, and Project Engineering. Chris has developed a loyal team of key employees, expert engineers, and dedicated local contractors to design and build the Clewiston facility.

Stephanie Fiordilisi

Comptroller

MBA. University of Texas.

Former Business Manager for a major Broward County civic organization, Stephanie brings a focused discipline to the company’s Clewiston plant, working with outside accounting firms, tax advisors, auditors, county and city agencies, and ensuring compliance in hiring, HR, accounting, and budgeting to prepare the company for future growth.

Nick Popovic

Business Advisor

MA. Cambridge University.

With a long trading career at Glencore that spanned many countries and several major metals and concentrates. Nick is well known in mining and metallurgy. Current Honorary Chairman of Kazzinc, a large base-metals smelter and refinery in Kazahkstan. Nick invests in base-metals processing facilities in several jurisdictions, through his company Kapmar AG.
