Our Vision is to produce Strategic Metals (Silver, Antimony, Tungsten, Indium, Gallium, Germanium, Zinc and Tin) from complex mineral concentrates.
Silver/Zinc/Tin. The Clewiston plant will process up to 15 tons per day of complex silver-bearing mineral concentrates, with Silver as the main payable, and Zinc, Antimony, Tin, Indium and other strategic metals being extracted from the residues. Our silver technology is unique. The Clewiston plant will both demonstrate our technology and prove its profitability, allowing us to fund an expansion plant that would process up to 400 tons per day of complex silver/zinc/indium concentrates, to supply critical metals to USA industry and defence.
Antimony. We have cracked the code on how to produce pure antimony (Antimony Tri-oxide and Antimony Metal), from our own silver leach residues and from purchased stibnite concentrates. As far as we know, we are the only company in the world to have developed this clean, circular, and zero-emissions process for antimony. Our antimony process is so clean, and so fast, with no furnaces or fumes, that we plan to become that largest antimony producer in the USA by early 2027 at our Clewiston site. Metalox Minerals Corporation will offer America a viable alternative to the only other current antimony producer.
Since current U.S. antimony production from concentrates is miniscule at only 3 tons per day, our planned production of 5 tons per day of refined antimony instantly would make Metalox Minerals the nation's largest antimony producer from primary sources.
Tungsten. At our Dania Beach research laboratory, our CEO and his team have developed a novel method to produce tungsten (Ammonium Para-Tungstate) directly from Wolframite concentrates, using only water and a simple chemical made from plants. Our novel Tungsten process is currently unreported in the scientific literature. We plan to patent it. As are all our processes, the unique tungsten process also is zero-emissions and near-zero-waste.
We plan to pilot Tungsten production at 3 tons of wolframite concentrate per day.
